- Pack Smartly! A simple way to avoid panicking about your upcoming trip is to pack smartly. As parents, we can’t help but overpack. But sometimes, it’s a lot more convenient to stick to the basics, and not fill our suitcases to the brim. That being said when you’re packing for your Turks and Caicos vacation, make sure to bring sea lice lotion, and some coral-safe sunscreen with you. And remember the golden rule is always ‘less is more!’

- Don’t Fret About the Weather! One of the reasons why Turks and Caicos is such a popular destination is because of its stunning weather. If you’re looking to bathe in the sunlight and feel its soft warmth caress your skin, you don’t have to worry about visiting the islands at a particular time.
June to October brings you a toasty embrace of 85-90°F (29°-32°C), while from November to May, it’s a cool 80-84°F (27°-29°C). The official hurricane season is from June 1 to November 30, but it rarely ever rains on the islands!

That being said, for the privacy that you get, you won’t care much about making these compromises.
You could go a whole day without crossing paths with another guest. The only companions you’re likely to encounter are the native and docile Turks and Caicos Rock Iguanas, an endangered species protected on the island.
